Whatever condemnation or praise may be accorded the creed of Christian Science—and it receives its meed of both—Mary Baker Eddy in giving it to the world performed a worthy service. The creed, enlisting some of the best minds in the country, must by that very evidence, have a preponderance of virtue in it, a quality which Mrs. Eddy supplied.
