My first healing in Christian Science occurred about three years ago. I was then hardly able to go up and down stairs or to walk any distance, female trouble being the cause of this condition. My healing was accomplished in one week's treatment, and since that time my husband and myself have depended entirely upon Christian Science for help. Our baby was born under Christian Science treatment; and the demonstration was even beyond our expectation. In a similar occurrence under materia medica we lost the baby and my own life was given up by the physicians. My experience under Christian Science was entirely different, as all the conditions were perfectly harmonious. I was up the third day, and everything moved along beautifully afterward. The baby was a picture of health, and free from any inharmonious condition. To me it is a privilege to have this little one surrounded by the healthful atmosphere of divine Love, and to have as our guide and support the truth, revealed in Christian Science, bringing peace, harmony, and love. We are able to enjoy this little one without holding fear for her, knowing that our Father-Mother God is always with her.

That God is Love means much to us, as we see every day that we have an opportunity to reflect love in some way, and it always comes back threefold. I am learning more and more that when we smooth all the rough places with love the truth is ever ready and never fails. I feel most thankful to know that God is the healer of all our diseases, and I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy, who has so lovingly shown us the way to harmony.
