I feel it my duty to tell of the many blessings that have come to me through Christian Science. At the birth of my little daughter last summer, the midwife said that the child could not be born without the aid of instruments, as did also the nurse. A Christian Science practitioner was then called, and the delivery was safely made. In three days I was up and about my household duties, none the worse for the experience and without even a sense of weakness. I have also been healed through Christian Science of severe throat trouble and several other physical ills. Words cannot express my gratitude to God for what Christian Science has done for me. My thanks are also due to Mrs. Eddy, who has shown us the way and taught us how to know more of God's loving and watchful care over us.—Mrs. Mae Kitchen, Lake Charles, La.
