Christian Science has done so much for me that I wish to express my gratitude to dear Mrs. Eddy for this wonderful understanding of Truth. For seventeen years I was afflicted with stomach trouble. Many kind doctors did everything in their power for me, and everything that materia medica could suggest was tried. The first Wednesday evening meeting which I attended I heard several testimonies of the cure of stomach trouble, and I felt that if Christian Science had helped others, it would me. That night I slept better, and never used the water-bottle which I had used every night for many years. Kind friends loaned me the book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and while studying it I was healed. My joy and happiness at the relief from pain cannot be expressed, and I thank God every day for this divine Science.
