Christian Science first came to me through my parents, who became interested in it when I was only a child. The results of their study were at once evident in improved health in the household, and the dismissal of the family physician. A few years later, when I was attacked by a dreaded fever, Christian Science was the only remedy employed. In two weeks' time I was healed and able to be outdoors. The benefits received mentally, however, have far exceeded the physical help. To have learned, even in a small degree, to think rightly, to appreciate the power of good, and to be grateful for demonstrations of the truth, is surely of lasting benefit. I have witnessed demonstrations of the healing power of Truth, as presented in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, among them the laying aside of glasses, the restoration of a crushed foot, and the healing of serious illness.—Francis E.
