Christian Science had done so much for me physically...
Christian Science had done so much for me physically that, for the sake of those who are searching for relief from bondage to material beliefs, I feel it a privilege as well as a duty to testify to the all-power and presence of God, as revealed in Christian Science. This truth has brought me out of a well-developed case of a dreaded fever. All the phases attendant on that disease were manifested to an alarming degree, but these manifestations and our fears were met with the assurance that "God fills all space," which if rightly demonstrated is all sufficient. Truly, "man's extremity is God's opportunity," for in my seeming extremity a sense of spiritual reality, which I had never before gained, was revealed, and this resulted in my uniting with our church here, thereby helping to destroy another and long-cherished error, that of believing it necessary to wait until all material beliefs were overcome before taking the responsibilities of a member. I am very grateful to God, and also to Mrs. Eddy for my healing.
Georgie E. Wilson, Chanute, Kan.
