I am seventy years old, and it has been about ten years since God revealed Himself to me through Christian Science. I have attempted many times to acknowledge my healing to the public, and do so now to encourage others. I had been a sufferer for fifteen years, and had tried some twenty or thirty different doctors and took medicine daily. I had read the Bible and prayed. Weeping bitterly, I bad begged God to relieve my sufferings, but seemingly could get no help. I became dissatisfied with my church, and began to search in other fields, but found no relief in any of them. When I heard of Christian Science I turned to it, and as soon as the truth was explained to me, I began to drink of the living waters. My diseases were many, but with the great spiritual uplift the stone was rolled away and the diseases vanished. I am strong and well now, do all my work, including the milking of a cow. My husband was healed of a severe bowel trouble contracted in the war. I cannot close without thanking God, and our dear Leader, for all the help that has been given me.
