The Legislature has taken the liberal and sensible course in rejecting the proposition to forbid the practice of healing by other than regular physicians. The force behind the proposed bill was hostility to the Christian Science cult; but the fundamental principle involved is the right of the person who is sick or in pain to seek relief where he thinks he can get it. This is an affair of personal liberty.
