That "this corruptible must put on incorruption, and...
That "this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality," has recently been made very plain to my thought. I have, through the realization of this truth, finally overcome an ailment of long standing. This was an abnormal growth, larger than my hand, which seemed to eat into what is called the vitals. I know what materia medica would have said of this case, but it would take too long to give the details. While working in Science on my own case, I was asked to treat another person who had a similar ailment. Through my understanding of the truth of being I was able to realize for her the allness of God. and this truth brought the healing, which she gratefully acknowledged. To know that "the flesh profiteth nothing" and that it is the Spirit which quickeneth, and that we must present our bodies (our consciousness) without spot or blemish, has been a great help in time of need.
To our beloved Leader, the Revelator to this age, I owe a lasting debt of gratitude, for through her perception of Jesus' teachings, and through her messages in all her writings, I have found the pearl of great price. As she has followed the Master, so let us follow, as Scientists, in her footsteps up to the very Horeb heights of holiness. "Holiness becometh thine house, O Lord," is the song that is daily coming to my ears. He that hath an ear let him hear the anthem and take up the glad song, for we must be holy, even as Christ is holy, before we can hear the welcome "Come, ye blessed of my Father."
