AMONG THE CHURCHES

At the semi-annual communion of First Church of Christ, Scientist, in this city Sunday [Jan. 13], fourteen new members were added. The church membership has doubled in the past year. Some attractive improvements are also being made in the place of worship.—Enid Daily Wave.

Sunday morning [Jan. 13], at the regular service, the dedication ceremonies of First Church of Christ, Scientist, on North Third Street, were held. The church was erected some years ago, but could not previously be dedicated on account of the remaining debt. An address was made by Mr. Clarence C. Eaton of Tacoma, a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship. The service included the dedication and the regular Lesson-Sermon.
