Some time ago we called attention to the bad practice which has grown up among some Christian Scientists of circulating certain papers and alleged copies of letters purporting to be helpful expositions of Christian Science, but which, as a rule, are misleading and harmful misinterpretations of its teachings; and as this practice has not entirely ceased, we again refer to it in the hope that those who are still circulating this spurious matter may be induced to cease from doing so. May we not have the help of all Christian Scientists in this endeavor?
The following editorial appeared in our issue of September 19, 1903, and what is said therein still applies to this pernicious practice.
