Among the Churches

Being crowded from one hall to another our small congregation has finally purchased a church formerly owned by the Christian Church, and located in a desirable part of the city. The conditions of payment are so favorable that we are confident we shall be able to meet all demands.

Truth and harmony prevail, and much encouragement comes to us in view of the increasing attendance and the kindly aid we are receiving.

Our first public lecture delivered by Mr. Edward A. Kimball, was very successful, and we are sure it will disabuse the minds of many of prejudice and misjudgment concerning the Christ-truth. Mr. Kimball was fittingly introduced by Mr. Cramer B. Morris, one of our leading attorneys. — Anna Gyger Pierce, Clerk.
