One night I awoke with a severe headache, an intense fever, and a bitter taste in my mouth. I knew this meant the grip. At first I wondered how I should go to work at it, then the following words came to my mind: "We are the children of God: and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ," and in God are love and peace for me.
I clung to this assertion, and after about an hour's thought, I was filled with love and peace. The grip had disappeared. This occurred about three months ago.
I am very grateful to God for all the love and mercy which He has shown me through Christian Science.
Mrs. Louisa Raddatz, Oshkosh, Wis.
