It always seemed to me to be of greatest benefit to attend our church services. I have never missed them if it could possibly be avoided. I have had visitors and excused myself, and everything came out all right.
The day of our last communion I was fully convinced that all else should bend to the church service.
I had been trying to make a demonstration for three days with the youngest of my family, a child two years old, and as no one knew of the trouble but myself, I thought, "I will take him to church if I have to, but if he is left at home he will get the benefit of the services." It was cold, and we had to ride two miles, but I took him. In the midst of singing our Leader's hymn, "Saw ye my Saviour," the healing was made manifest,—a complete, instantaneous demonstration.—Mrs. Lydia DeVoe, Rock Valley, Ia.
