Christian Science was presented to me when I needed it...
Christian Science was presented to me when I needed it most. I was a physical wreck, not knowing where to turn for help, doctors and medicines having failed.
Among my many ills were rheumatism, dyspepsia, heart trouble, and nervous prostration. For thirteen years I was compelled to bandage up in flannel, and last winter is the first for thirteen years that I could dispense with it and go out in all kinds weather with no trouble following. I have learned that divine Love is omnipresent and omnipotent.
Before taking treatment I was afraid to eat, as it seemed to cause untold suffering. I was almost starved. After my first treatment I ate of everything I desired, and have been able to do so ever since July, 1902. My heart trouble, which seemed to be an aggravated case, also disappeared. My entire healing was almost instantaneous. For that priceless book, Science and Health, I feel greatly indebted to Mrs. Eddy, as it has brought a marvelous spiritual uplifting to me. It has illumined the Bible and taught me to love the study of the same. Words fail to express my gratitude to God, to Mrs. Eddy, and to the practitioner and friends who have helped me.
