A large audience filled the edifice of First Church of Christ, Scientist, at 143 West 48th Street, on December 10, to hear a lecture on "Christian Science, Physician and Redeemer," by Hon. William G. Ewing of Chicago, member of the Board of Lectureship of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Mass.

We regret that the report of this interesting occasion failed to reach us in time for our last number.

Judge Ewing was introduced by Mr. W. D. McCrackan, who spoke as follows:—
