The Canadian National Exhibition is being held in Toronto, Ontario, this summer, from August 24 to September 8. The Christian Science churches of Toronto are maintaining a booth where The Christian Science Monitor, together with information both interesting and educative in relation to its publication, is displayed. The booth is in the General Exhibits Building and is said to be attractively located. The Canadian National Exhibition is reported to have had in recent years an annual attendance in excess of two million, and this being the centennial year of the city of Toronto, it is expected that a large number of visitors will again attend the exhibition. They will be welcome to visit the Monitor booth.

Recently an electrical transcription, called No. 2, which is furnished for radiocasting purposes, was used under the supervision of the Committees on Publication over the radio in the state of Maine. A number of letters were later received, expressing appreciation.

At one Reading Room in the state a young man called saying he had heard the program—a conversation between a questioner and a former physician who is now practicing Christian Science—and was greatly impressed. Previously he had listened to unfavorable statements about Christian Science. Now, he wanted some first-hand information, and was given it. A listener in a remote section of Maine heard the services of The Mother Church radiocast one Sunday and wrote: "It means a great deal to hear a service from The Mother Church and all the other programs I can find, especially as I have not yet had the opportunity to attend any Christian Science service and have come in contact with but two Christian Scientists."

In another state, an electrical transcription was heard over the radio, and a listener reported that the declaration of Truth's omnipotence it reiterated stayed with her and is still proving of increasing value. She said that listening to this radiocast made her realize, even more forcibly, that mortal mind and its doubts are powerless before God's omnipresence, omnipotence, and omniscience; and so she added that when those around her had surrendered to despair, "the argument of loss was met and mastered by this application of Principle."

In Wisconsin, during the same period, one who listened to a Christian Science radio program wrote that the truth to which she had listened uncovered in her thought a condition of self-righteous indignation over another's shortcomings. She then told her own healing to another individual who, as a result, experienced a similar healing from indignation, and gave a testimony in regard to it at a Wednesday evening meeting in a Christian Science church. Following this, a third person expressed gratitude for the testimonies, stating that they were just what she needed to help work out something that was troubling her thought.

One who heard the Columbia Church of the Air Program given from Boston last December, under the auspices of The Mother Church, was at the time in Kentucky, a patient in a hospital. The address on that occasion was entitled "There is Always a Way Out." The patient asked a Christian Science worker at the hospital to obtain a copy. Now he is studying Christian Science.
