ACCEPTABLE

Prophet—honored, respected,
"save in his own country"—
feels cruel blast
of rejection.

Yet,
what would acceptance imply
acceptance by standards
he himself has rejected?

He can be sure of this:
there is One who accepts him,
One who says you are Mind.
I made you and I love you.

No drudge at the workbench,
no mere number
thrown into computer,
but son and heir everlasting
of the Father-Mother.
