A Girl Who Shared

Do you like to share? Perhaps you gave your last piece of candy to a friend. That's sharing. When a friend lets you ride his shiny new bike, that's sharing. When we love, we share. We don't keep good things just for ourselves. We want others to enjoy them, too. Christ Jesus said, "Give, and it shall be given unto you." Luke 6:38;

There once was a little girl who knew how to share.2

She lived a long time ago. Her country was called Israel. In Israel at that time also lived a wonderful man called Elisha. The girl knew about him. Many Israelites knew and talked about Elisha because he was a great prophet. He was called a prophet because he listened to the Word of God. He told the people about God. He knew God doesn't send His children bad things. He knew God loves and heals, and Elisha proved this in healing children and grown people.
