In humility and ever-increasing...
In humility and ever-increasing gratitude to God, I joyfully testify to the regenerating and healing power of Christian Science.
Over forty years ago the physician who was in attendance at the birth of our first son told members of my family that I had a very weak heart. At this time my husband was associated with a medical institute in a large city in New York State. I was examined by their heart specialist, who confirmed the report given by the physician.
About a year later, we became interested in Christian Science and faithfully attended the Sunday services and Wednesday evening testimony meetings of a branch church. We purchased the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and my husband resigned from his position with the medical institute.
