I wish to express my sincere gratitude for a healing which I recently experienced. The problem was excessive weight.

One day, near the beginning of 1963, while I was looking in the mirror, the truth came to me that God's spiritual idea always expresses symmetry and grace. I also knew and realized that "a spiritual idea has not a single element of error, and this truth removes properly whatever is offensive" (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, p. 463).

I then left everything in God's hands. I did not have the help of a practitioner, nor did I do any further prayerful work regarding the problem. I did not even think of dieting. In fact, the problem seemed to have been erased from my memory.
