Our family has had many proofs that God's tender love for His children meets every need. Fear of riding in an automobile has been overcome by my rejecting the erroneous thought that I could be separated from God at any time and replacing this thought with the knowledge that God, Love, is ever present, and then rejoicing because I understood this beautiful truth that makes man free.

When our eldest daughter was three years old, a large growth, which became quite discolored, developed on her neck. My husband and I pondered the spiritual meaning of the word "ark," given on page 581 of Science and Health. The definition reads:

"Safety; the idea, or reflection, of Truth, proved to be as immortal as its Principle; the understanding of Spirit, destroying belief in matter.
