I began to study Christian Science...
I began to study Christian Science after the doctors and specialists were unable to cure a longstanding skin disease which came at a certain time each year. I have been permanently healed in Christian Science. This awakened in me a desire to join a branch Church of Christ, Scientist.
I have overcome many other discordant conditions, including those of catarrh, constant colds, backaches, hay fever, and arthritis. Also I was healed of grief at the time of the passing on of loved ones. For these proofs of God's loving care, I am indeed grateful.
The complete healing of hay fever was not a quick one. It required many years of purification of thought and much help from practitioners. Many false traits of character had to be healed, such as irritation, impatience, and resentment.
