The
Gospels record that during Christ Jesus' three years' ministry on earth there were many instances of his casting out devils, evil spirits, unclean spirits, dumb or talking spirits.
On
a certain occasion Christ Jesus healed a woman who had been crippled for eighteen long years.
Many
of the facts of being which Christ Jesus taught were so contrary to the beliefs and so far above the understanding of the times in which he lived that he found it necessary to pierce the unenlightened minds of his listeners with parables, thus making an entrance for the truths he taught.
The
realization that man reflects the nature of God, who is infinite Spirit, Life, and Love, awakens thought from the belief of life and intelligence in matter to the true idea of being.
Man's
place in God's plan becomes clear to us when we realize that where man is, God is, for He is ever present.
College
students who are Christian Scientists can prove daily that a correct understanding of God and of man as His child, supports them in every experience.
Our
thinking has much to do with our experience, so much so, in fact, that it determines our experience.
