CONSECRATION

Subjugate the rebel will;
Trellis every straggling thought
To climb the holy hill.

Sublimate ambition's power
That Spirit's plantings may be brought
Into flower.

Turn floods of love on sorrow's drought;
Ordain faith to stem onslaught
Of traitor doubt.

Pilgrim to the sense-hid shrine,
Consecrated Argonaut,
Let your light shine!
