Christian Science was introduced to me by a relative. She recommended it to me because at that time I was suffering from hay fever. From early childhood I had had attacks of severe sore throat. I had spent weeks in a hospital and had had operations on my nose and throat, but I had not been cured.

One morning when I awakened with all the symptoms of another sore throat I decided to see a Christian Science practitioner and ask for treatment. The practitioner talked of God's love for me and gave me a treatment. She then told me to go home and to call her later in the day.

At five o'clock I was completely free, and I have not had a sore throat since. This healing took place forty-one years ago. The hay fever was also healed.
