Unquestionable proofs of God's...
Unquestionable proofs of God's guidance have been enjoyed in my life, and I should like to relate some of them so that other seekers for truth may be encouraged to take up the study of Christian Science, which is indeed able to transform one's human experience.
When my father passed on in what should have been his best years, the inability of medical science to help him forced me to see that there was nothing in the material realm upon which one can lean, no safety, no comfort. His passing left me in great distress and grief. I felt quite alone and wholly without protection. But those days brought the turning point in my life.
One day a friend gave me the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy. Although I had a long way to go and was not immediately ready to accept its teachings without reservations, this textbook unswervingly transformed my life and character. I saw that everything inharmonious within and without had to give way to the law of God.
