My gratitude for Christian Science...

My gratitude for Christian Science is unbounded. Healings of carious teeth, hay fever, childhood diseases, and other inharmonious conditions, of which I do not know the names, are among the many demonstrations of Christian Science experienced in our family over the years.

Some time ago, when my funds were exhausted, I felt it necessary to return to office work after a lapse of over three years. I told a practitioner that I was starting out that morning to find work and asked for her support.

Late that afternoon I stood in the middle of a business block in a neighboring city and paused, asking God to show me the way. The thought came to me that I had just time to check with an employment office in a nearby small city. I did so and was sent out for an interview which resulted in my being satisfactorily employed during the next seven years.
