Christian Science was presented to me at a time when I was searching for a religion that would explain the Bible. I shall always be very grateful to the two friends who told me of this practical religion. It has met my every need over a period of years. The following are only a few of the joyous experiences that have come about through its study.

Much time and many human footsteps had been taken to find a new home, but with no result. One morning, when things seemed hopeless, I turned to God as I had never turned to Him before. This verse from Exodus came to me (23:20): "Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared." I began to see clearly that our real home is in divine consciousness. In a few days we had a letter offering us a new home, which is indeed a blessing.

Some years ago a painful condition of the arm, resulting from a fall, was quickly healed with the loving help of a practitioner. More recently I had an instantaneous healing while attending a Christian Science lecture. Overnight a painful condition had appeared on my body. On the day of the lecture, the thought came to stay at home, but this was quickly rejected. To a friend who was with me at the time I said, "I am going to the lecture, and I shall be healed."
