THE SONG OF TRUTH
The
voice of Truth sings through the harp of Mind.
Its full majestic breath, like some wind, strong,
Steady, persistent, breaks the clouds that blind
A world that dreams of suffering and wrong.
It brings with words of Love's encompassing
A surer hope that cannot rise to wane.
From keynote fixed it mounts, and conquering,
Resolves all discord into glad refrain.
No power can still that voice forever clear,
That voice, entoned on harmonies of Mind.
Unspent, its message carries everywhere—
God's blessed song of peace for all mankind.
