Mrs. Eddy writes in the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 298), "Angels are pure thoughts from God, winged with Truth and Love, no matter what their individualism may be." When I have turned unreservedly to God and prayed for an angel message to correct my thinking, I have always received an answer.

At one time my body was covered with large welts, and there was an irritating band around my waist. In desperation, I prayed. On opening the textbook, I read (p. 396), "It breaks the dream of disease to understand that sickness is formed by the human mind, not by matter nor by the divine Mind."

This awakened me, and I saw that matter could not cause this condition and that mortal mind is only a myth, not a cause. Instantly the welts disappeared before my eyes, and all the irritation left my waist. I rejoiced in the evidence of the omnipotence of God and His laws.
