I am most grateful for the daily...
I am most grateful for the daily and hourly expressions of good which come into my experience through the study and practice of Christian Science. In the knowledge that it will help others, I write the following experience.
Three years ago, when traveling by motorcycle on a foggy night, I ran headfirst into the rear of a stationary car. Passing motorists who took me to a hospital expressed the belief that I could not live.
As a Christian Scientist, I felt that here was an opportunity to prove the power of Truth. The angel message came clearly that this experience was "not unto death, but for the glory of God" (John 11:4). I kept declaring "the scientific statement of being" from page 468 of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy.
