The glory of the resurrection morn
Was lost to Thomas, who would not believe
Until the Master stood before him there
Among the few assembled in his name.

Let us not wait like those who first must see
Before they can believe. May we perceive
The Christ among us still and run to tell
The tidings, old and yet forever new.
