While enjoying a short period of rest and study at the Christian Science Benevolent Association Sanatorium on Pacific Coast, I attended a Wednesday evening testimony meeting and was particularly impressed with the spontaneous expressions of gratitude. I was roused to the duty and privilege not only of giving a verbal testimony at that time, but also of contributing this written one to the periodicals.

I have enjoyed the blessings of Christian Science since young womanhood and have witnessed many healings. Also, I have attained a well-ordered life through its ministrations.

When I was serving as a soloist in a Church of Christ, Scientist, I became aware of the importance of consistent metaphysical study. And so it was through the influence of sacred song that I made a resolution to gain deeper consecration. Truly the great healing power revealed in Christian Science regenerates one's nature in conformity to the challenging words of Jesus (John 3:7), "Ye must be born again." I am humbly grateful to say that I am experiencing something of spiritual regeneration.
