It is with a heart full of joy that I submit this testimony of my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for making clear the teachings of Christ Jesus.

As a boy and as a young man, I had so many nosebleeds that some people said I would not live to maturity but would be like my brother, who had passed on with a condition similar to mine. This difficulty continued until after Christian Science was introduced to me.

Through the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I learned that blood is not man's life, but that God is his Life. I learned to reject the old belief that I live in a material body and to know that in reality I am an idea of the one Mind, God. Therefore, nosebleeds or any other material condition cannot affect my being. In fact, matter cannot get into Life or into Life's relfection, man.
