THE TREASURES OF SPIRIT

God , Spirit, freely gives to all His children the riches of His kingdom, the eternal treasures of Truth, which provide for every human need and satisfy the desires of every heart. Christ Jesus plainly said that our heavenly Father knows the things we need and supplies them, even as He takes care of the flowers and the birds.

The teachings of Jesus on the subject of life are so explicit that there can be no doubt as to their meaning. He showed us the way, pointed out how we may have happy, harmonious, healthy lives here and now. Jesus' disciples were always looking for a blessed state of existence, or the kingdom of God, and so they questioned their Master concerning its whereabouts and how they might get there.

Once, when the Pharisees asked him about this, he replied (Luke 17:20,21), "The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."
