MAN'S SPIRITUAL ESTATE

Man's spiritual estate is the kingdom of heaven. "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you," said Jesus (John 14:2). Man, the image and likeness of God, is heir to these immortal mansions. He is forever conscious of divine Love's provision for his every need, of the infinite supply of Spirit for its spiritual idea, man. The understanding and demonstration of these fundamental truths of Christian Science result in the meeting of every need of the human heart for home and heaven.

Home, as understood in Christian Science, is a state of consciousness, embracing security, comfort, harmony, right relationship, abundance—a spiritual dwelling place or sanctuary in which divine Love alone is expressed.

When considered in its true aspect as the unfolding of a spiritual idea, the building of a home or the acquiring of one presents a grand opportunity for practical demonstration of the truths of Christian Science. Indeed, all who are engaged in real estate activity will find a blessing in Mary Baker Eddy's words in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 206): "In the scientific relation of God to man, we find that whatever blesses one blesses all, as Jesus showed with the loaves and the fishes,—Spirit, not matter, being the source of supply."
