My gratitude for Christian Science...
My gratitude for Christian Science is boundless. This Science is truly "a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path" (Ps. 119:105). Membership in The Mother Church brought a healing to me that I should like to share.
When I was rather a new student of Christian Science, I was eager to join a branch church, but I felt guided to apply for membership in The Mother Church first. In due time my affiliation was established, and shortly thereafter I became aware of a great sense of God's mother love. It permeated my consciousness so completely that it filled the vacuum left by the loss of my mother, who had passed on when I was a child. I could only say over and over, "I have found my Mother."
