Early in her twelfth year my daughter developed what was apparently a serious condition of the lungs. She began losing weight, was listless, and wearied easily. Some improvement was noted during the late summer months, but she did not return to school, since she suffered from fevers and lapses into unconsciousness.

We decided to place full and complete reliance on Truth. No material means of any sort were administered. Along in November a lump which had been forming on her left side below the ribs opened and drained. At the beginning of the spring semester the girl was well and returned to her classes. She finished grade school and high school with honors. Today she holds a position in the business world that requires clear and positive thinking. Required physical examinations have given her a clean bill of health.

Much gratitude goes to a consecrated practitioner for her steadfastness and co-operation. No matter when we called or how often, day or night, her words of comfort, encouragement, and loyalty to the healing mission of Christian Science helped us to press on.
