After ten years of sharing in the blessings which Christian Science brings, I feel I should like to testify to the healing power of this wonderful religion. When I was first presented with its teachings, I felt that I was utterly alone, unloved, and unwanted. I had lost both parents in my early teens and was mentally wandering about like a ship without a rudder.

However, after accepting the teachings of Christian Science and earnestly desiring to follow in the footsteps of our dear Master, I was soon rejoicing and saying with the Psalmist (Ps. 91:9, 10), "Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling." Like the children of Israel, I was led out of bondage into freedom, joy, security, and prosperity.

In our family of four children, so-called children's diseases have been practically absent, and I have not had more than one day of sickness in the last eight years. We have been tempted many times to believe sickness or sorrow to be inevitable, but we have instantly rejected such imprisoning thoughts, knowing they are not God, good, who has given to man the priceless gift of dominion.
