I am truly thankful for Christian Science

I am truly thankful for Christian Science. The harmony that it brings to my life gives rise to more gratitude than I can express in words. The more I learn of Truth, the more grateful I am for the firm foundation that was laid for my spiritual progress during my years in the Christian Science Sunday School and for the loving practitioners who have helped me along the way.

The few physical problems that our family has had have been quickly overcome through the application of the truths of this religion. One healing in particular has been inspiring to me. One day when our little boy was seven months old, he manifested the symptoms of diarrhea, I called a Christian Science practitioner for help, but during the day the condition became worse. Just after supper I again telephoned the practitioner, and he lovingly told me that all that was necessary was for me to change my concept of the child from that of a sick mortal to that of the perfect idea of God.

This reminded me of an article that I had read in a current issue of the Sentinel, and after leaving the telephone, I found the article and reread it.
