I feel the time has come for me...

I feel the time has come for me to express my gratitude for the innumerable blessings that have come to me over the past thirty years. Some years ago I expressed gratitude through our periodicals for a most beautiful healing my young son had through Christian Science when his eye was so severely injured that a surgeon offered little or no hope that it could be saved.

When I commenced the study of Christian Science I had a very quick healing of a functional disorder from which I had suffered for two years and which medical skill could not heal. Painless childbirth has likewise been experienced. I now wish to share another healing with the readers of our periodicals, which are doing so much for the healing and regeneration of mankind.

My foot became poisoned and very painful. I could walk only with great difficulty. At that time I was doing literature distribution work for our branch church. While I was about this work a young woman whom I had seen at church noticed my difficulty. That evening I went to the Wednesday testimony meeting, although the pain in my foot continued. When the meeting closed I sat waiting for the congregation to leave. To my surprise the young woman I had seen came to me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
