I became interested in Christian Science many years ago through observing the effects of this religion as practiced by my brother and his family. Desiring to know more, I began to attend the Sunday services and the Wednesday evening testimony meetings at a Church of Christ. Scientist. Great encouragement was felt in seeing the happy and cheerful expressions on the faces of the members of the congregation.

Study of the Bible Lessons set forth in the Christian Science Quarterly soon followed. I resolved to be open-minded and to accept the statements in the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, so that I could prove them in my daily experiences. Soon I learned that Christian Science is not merely another religion, but a Science and a way of life which brings the honest seeker and doer good health, harmony, peace, and joy.

I had suffered intermittently for many years from headaches and eyestrain. In a short time I ceased to be conscious of these discordant conditions, and they have not recurred. I have experienced healings of influenza, fevers, and quinsy. A large mole on my left temple disappeared.
