There is a great change in the attitude of the medical profession towards spiritual healing, it was stated at the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of England. ... Reporting on the findings of a committee who for the past two years had made a special study of the subject, Dr. J. S. Bacon, of Scarborough, said:

"We have reached critical moment in the sense that the whole of the medical profession is moving from its purely materialistic and scientific control....
