"HE DOETH THE WORKS"

A Great sense of freedom and joy comes to one when he learns that all power, intelligence, and ability are in divine Mind, God, and that unlimited intelligence and ability are reflected by spiritual man. Lack of confidence and a sense of inability disappear before the realization that God does all and that the unlimited, perfect Mind is expressed through man.

Mortal mind tries to get us to believe that we exist as an entity separate from divine Mind, that we have a mind of our own, that we have sight, hearing, strength, ability of our own. It tells us that we are possessors, that we are personally responsible for our own welfare and for the well-being of others. The process of salvation includes the ever-unfolding knowledge of God as the great I AM and of one's true selfhood as the reflection of divine Mind.
