My heart is filled with gratitude...

My heart is filled with gratitude to God for Christian Science. It was presented to me by a friend at a time when I was in great need of healing. I had undergone six years of medical treatment for heart trouble. The last two years I was confined to bed and had come to a point where I found that "man's extremity is God's opportunity."

A copy of The Christian Science Journal was presented to me, and I immediately got in touch with a practitioner, who took up work for me. The ninety-first Psalm was of great help. Within three weeks the healing was completed.

About a year after this healing, which occurred ten years ago, I was employed as supervisor of a nursery school, and I have held this position continuously since that time. Mrs. Eddy's words on page 385 of Science and Health, "Whatever it is your duty to do, you can do without harm to yourself," have been most helpful in this activity.
