With what joy and gratitude I...

With what joy and gratitude I can say that I have known Christian Science all my life! To have been brought up in a home where Science was lived and to have had the privilege of attending the Sunday School until the age of twenty years have been blessings that words cannot describe.

Our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, tells us in "Miscellaneous Writings" (p. 373), "Christian Science is more than a prophet or a prophecy: it presents not words alone, but works,—the daily demonstration of Truth and Love." I know that my actions must daily and hourly reflect the glorious sense of peace that this beautiful religion gives to me.

The application of its teachings has met my every need through school and in business. I am most grateful to be a member of The Mother Church and of a branch church, where it has been my privilege to take part in many of the activities, thus helping my spiritual growth. Class instruction was another rich experience.
