My first interest in Christian Science...
My first interest in Christian Science came through my reading a Sentinel. After that I started reading the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly.
I was suffering from a tightness in my throat and an unsightly growth on my neck. Finally it came to the point where I had to choose between surgery and Christian Science for my healing. I was led to see a practitioner, and immediately after my first visit the tightness in my throat gave way. Later the unsightly growth disappeared also, and I was healed.
That was more than twenty years ago. Since then I have had numerous other healings. Eyestrain, an infected hand, and a stiff knee were healed, and a dislocated ankle snapped back into place. Colds, to which I had been subject from childhood, yielded through my earnest study of the truth.
