Before belief's time-world took form,Or temporal things seemed true,Or solar day brought cloud or storm,Or night obscured Life's view,Or error's serpentine deceitClaimed mortal life began,God saw His universe completeIn perfect spiritual plan.

Truth shining forth in full-orbed dayEffected Mind's intentTo clothe its incorporeal rayIn Love's pure element. No spurious substance held Life bound,No limits Life ensphered. In Spirit's likeness man was foundWhen heaven and earth appeared.
