A written expression of gratitude for the many benefits received through my study and application of Christian Science is long overdue. I had the great privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School, beginning in the primary class. Much good unfolded throughout my school years, during which I obtained grades above the average and was outstandingly protected and guided.

An important testing time came to me when my mother passed on and also about a year later when my father passed on. I have found that God is the eternal Father and Mother and that He is tenderly and constantly watching over His beloved children. Gratefully and humbly I testify to a complete healing of grief. This healing came as the result of my own work and that of a practitioner.

Many other healings have been experienced through my study of Christian Science and through the help of unselfish practitioners. Colds, influenza, impaired eyesight, toothache, and a physical condition not known to me by name have been healed through spiritual understanding alone. Discouragement, faulty disposition, lack, and inactivity have been replaced by encouragement, joy, ample supply, and right activity.
